Create Different Heat Zones

The Heat Deflectors allow you to create different heat zones within the grill at the same time. For example, on one side, you can install a half heat deflector on the lower level and a cooking grid on the upper level to cook vegetables with indirect heat. At the same time, on the other side, you can install a half grid on the lower level to cook meat over direct heat.
